    Became the lead Project Manager to facilitate the successful implementation of a new global pricing initiative. This was a multi-year project requiring significant detailed analysis of each regional business, liaising closely with regional teams to configure optimized pricing positions of the entire product portfolio within bespoke applications, then working with the global project team to build and disseminate critical training for Sales & Operations, and implementing a calculated series of roll-outs to upgrade all accounts into the new system with minimum disruption to the business.

    Implemented an agile based Project Management methodology for a worldwide update of the business CRM to Salesforce ‘Lightning’. This facilitated a rapid-prototyping approach to the design of core modules tailored to the business specific sales process.

    Became main point-of-contact for the Worldwide Distribution Agreement & Anti-Corruption Due Diligence audit. Provided the first global artifact that presents a full picture of the status of every Accounts progress in terms of signed & filed contracts, including Anti-Corruption & Export Compliance Due Diligence training & completion. Enhanced by implementing each countries risk setting in accordance with the international Global Risk Index.

    Provided a coaching & mentor role for new team members. Assisting their development to become CAPM certified.

    Designed testing strategy for a new Customer Master Data application. Developing Test plan and Issues Register to record Incidents & Change Requests, working with the test team to provide maximum test coverage & depth prior to release.

    Operational Precision Systems (O-P-S, LLC) is a corporation founded to provide turn-key cloud based environmental monitoring and management solutions for the 150,000 Water Operators supplying the entire USA National Water Supply.

    Established web-presence and co-developed the entire business strategy. O-P-S has since received funding awards from venture accelerators including TEDCO, Perdue Business School, MD and Maryland Industrial Partnerships (MIPS).

    Supported worldwide recruiting / HR in both strategic and tactical capacities with focus on optimizing technical tools and processes for core business units.

    Co-architected, prototyped, and project managed SharePoint Solutions for Global HR initiatives that incorporated content management models for rapidly reviewing corporate information exposed to international employee base. Ticket tracking, targeting information for employees by country. Solution was designed to supersede an outsourced alternative costing the corporation several hundred thousand in essentially duplicate expenditure.

    Received Gold Recognition Award for releasing services with zero running issues since launch, successfully servicing Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin Americas regions with language specific platform of employee support.

    Developed functional specifications and managed solutions for PeopleSoft enhancements, significantly improving efficiency in supplying equipment to new hires globally, eliminating administrative delays by days and weeks.

    Assimilated corporate recruiting practices by developing comprehensive training program encompassing the PeopleSoft Recruiting system, providing contract recruiters with instructor training. Trained over 40 recruiters in 2 years, reducing operational delays, particularly with emerging footprints in Europe, Latin Americas, and Asia Pacific.

    Performed essential Integration testing and project support for background verification vendor integrations into PeopleSoft API to ensure seamless operation of background checking functionality for recruiters, certifying that 100% of new US hires were successfully verified.

    Automated HR reporting functionality via coded macros, reducing HR resource time and effort from hours to minutes per week.

    Managed a range of auditing requirements for OFCCP and DCAA compliance, providing technical and process support to the Office of General Council.

    Provided consulting for Sprint Nextel VVM NGMS project ($54M tech refresh)

    Designed and managed method for auditing over 1000 detailed project requirements, providing traceable approach to each requirement validation and mapping to system and acceptance test cases, verifying complete test coverage which proved that project fulfilled client demands and achieved milestones.

    Drove significant project deliverables, including management and maintenance for deployment-wide alarming solution configuration, technical specification workbooks, and release management documents, on time and in budget.

    Improved bug detection rates months in advance by providing extensive project support as vendor liaison in both the US and UK, with emphasis on external vendor application and requirements auditing, travelling between countries as necessary.

    Managed entire project software licensing audit, including designing strategy and leading team to identify all licenses for solution components and ancillary software, more than doubling current License pool.

    Developed and maintained implementations alarming configuration package, a baseline set of configuration files that were installed into each site in response to requirements for rapidly deployable packages that could be applied to any SDC in a standardized manner to immediately activate remote alarming capabilities.

    Successfully managed multiple project Change Requests in terms of impact to solution alarming and TUI.

    Interviewed and mentored new graduates hired into project during testing phase and established ad-hoc training program, providing comprehensive introduction to critical project deliverables and tools used within project.

    Served as Consultant involved in all stages of hardware / software product lifecycle on multi-million dollar revenue businesses, performing development, analysis, systems testing, integration and release of Enterprise Scale Messaging Systems.  European Clients included British Telecom, Orange, France Telecom, Centertel, E-plus.

    Performed systems testing for suite of LINCII applications, transferring Orange UK’s entire subscriber base from over 15 NX platforms to 5 new VSE500 systems distributed at remote locations across the UK.

    Ran intensive load / performance / stress tests and analyzed results of mailbox and voice data, ensuring subscriber details were retained during transfer.

    Contributed to client user documentation and provided onsite support with installation and confidence testing, assisting with support and business continuity planning involving auto-recovery of lost mailboxes.

    Selected as Developer for LINCII coding and interactive call flow modules used in BT’s SMS to speech solution, managing entire software package and delivery, including full release documentation to client. Solution was rolled out in the UK and enabled 30+ million subscriber base to receive SMS texts to BT landlines by synthesizing text messages to speech.

    Developed call flows using Unisys Naptool and SPIN. Coded LINC Global Logics and Reports.

    Received recognition award and press for release and support roles.

    Selected from London Centre of Excellence team to be deployed to the United States East Coast Development Centre to assist with Unisys Communications Media Module testing requirements.
